Building on the panoramic dynamism of Snow Patrol's 8th studio album, The Forest Is The Path, the band headed back into the studio with producer Fraser T Smith in the final weeks of 2024. The result was a number of brand-new songs that the band didn't want to sit on any longer than necessary.
