Inspired by classic greats like Townes Van Zandt and Bob Dylan, Burton builds on this tradition as ""a genuinely striking songwriter"" (MOJO) of today. Sonically, the album blends together Burton's stripped-down guitars and melancholy voice creating a timeless sound. This year, he'll be touring across the US with Aldous Harding and the EU/UK with Widowspeak, following past tours with artists like Weyes Blood and Drugdealer, and with headline touring in the near future.
