Seelie Court - the world's premier label for rare and previously unreleased archive recordings of underground folk, rock, proto-metal, and psychedelic music presents Dave Keir's self titled debut 1976 album, a hauntingly beautiful blend of folk and acoustic rock. Infused with melancholic tones and intricate fingerstyle guitar, it resonates with the depth of Roy Harper's work. Originally released on Folkland Records, the album remained a private treasure until it's reissue by Seelie Court. Keir's compositions, often introspective and poetic, reflect his personal journey and musical evolution. This reissue offers a rare glimpse into the soul of a dedicated artist, capturing the essence of 1970s British folk music. Recorded 1976, TW Music and Riverside Recordings.
