On the surface their pairing in the band You + Me seems unusual, but P!nk has never hid from her tender side and Green has hardcore metal roots. You + Me has a stripped down acoustic folk sound that can hit hard when it needs to. With little more than a guitar and their voices on most songs, the album cultivates an intimate vibe that is periodically tinged with melancholy.
