Maggot Brain Coffee
Yes, that Maggot Brain.
We roasted a Funkadelic masterpiece into a bag of beans, and we're not sorry.
In tribute to the 1971 Westbound classic cut right here in Detroit, Corkys and Org Music present a medium roast built to be sipped slow while Eddie Hazel's ten-minute solo takes the top of your head off.
A 60/40 blend of Brazilian beans from Minas Gerais and washed Guatemalan from Lake Antigua, with notes of peanut butter, cacao, and berries. Smooth and rich with a wild streak, just like the record. You don't gulp this one. You put on the album, you sit down, and you let both of them work.
The bag wears the album's legendary cover, so your counter finally has some taste. Dropping alongside Org Music and Westbound's September 11 analog reissue. Strictly limited. When it's gone, it's gone.
