Bull & the Matadors have long been a staple on the northern soul scene. Their sides for Chicago's Toddlin' Town Records have lit up dancefloors at all-nighters for decades. Their biggest hit came in the summer of 1968 with ""The Funky Judge"". Later that year, they cut a follow-up tune called ""Where Did The Judge Go"".
