Black Sabbath - Headless Cross

Headless Cross is the 14th studio album and features singer Tony Martin, and is the first where he also participated as songwriter. It was released on 17 April 1989 internationally and on 7 June in Japan. Track 6, "Call of the Wild," was originally titled "Hero," but the name was changed as Ozzy Osbourne's 1988 solo album also included a track named "Hero" (an unlisted bonus track on some releases). New remastered editions of the album first appeared in 1999 through EMI Records. Another reissue was commenced in the 2024 Anno Domini 1989–1995 box-set, released through Rhino Entertainment in the US and Bluefame/BMG Rights in Europe in 31 May 2024.
