Corky’s Coffee Shipping Policy

Any purchase on our site is an agreement by the customer to abide by the policy outlined below.


 

Order Processing

 

All orders are shipped from our U.S. facility.

  • Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (this is an average, not a guarantee).

  • Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available, as a single fulfillment.

  • Estimated shipping times shown at checkout begin after dispatch, not at the time of order.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

 

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location. Available methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Domestic U.S. shipping options:

 

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days from dispatch

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days from dispatch

  • UPS Ground Service: 2–5 business days from dispatch

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day from dispatch

 

Important:

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is only available via USPS. UPS and DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box for a UPS/DHL shipment, we’ll hold your order until a street address is confirmed.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

 


 

Preorders

 

 

  • Preorder items ship as soon as we receive our stock, usually on or just before the release date.

  • If a release date changes, we’ll update the listing and ship as soon as the item arrives.

  • Orders that contain both in-stock and preorder items will ship together once all items are available.

 

 


 

 

International Shipping

 


We currently ship to select countries worldwide via DHL Worldwide Express.

 

  • For most orders, we do not collect tax or duties at checkout. These orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you are responsible for any taxes or customs fees upon delivery.

  • Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to us; in this case, we’ll refund your order minus the original shipping cost once the return is processed.

  • For U.K. orders under £135 GBP, tax is collected at checkout and no customs fees will be due upon delivery.

 

 


 

 

Returned to Sender

 


If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-payment of customs fees, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the return is processed.

 


 

 

Lost Mail

 

 

  • If tracking has not updated for 15 business days or your package is declared lost by the carrier, we can offer a replacement or refund.

  • Before this point, please work with the carrier using your tracking number to check status updates.

 

 


 

 

Delivered but Not Received

 

 

  • First, confirm your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier/post office (if shipped via USPS).

  • USPS orders require a completed and closed Missing Mail Search before we can act.

  • We cannot replace or refund items that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
