They would cruise the streets and boulevards, parading their "low-low's"and their decorated ladies set to a fusion of black and brown soul, doo-wop and smooth group harmony. Today Lowrider culture and music is more popular worldwide than at any other time in it's sixty-year history.  Original record values have hit an all-time high and current, young, breakthrough acts are covering and creating new Lowrider sounds.
